Here's another bit of randomness: I just saw a commercial for Chris Rock on Oprah. That reminded me of his movie coming out sometime soon. I saw the preview before the last movie I saw. It's called (I think?) I Think I Love My Wife. The wife in the movie? Gina Torres. From Firefly and Serenity. And she's (currently? is the show even on anymore?) on that show with Ron Livingston about hostage negotiators. It's a one-word title. I don't know. But seriously? Gina Torres is hot. And tough. She could kick Chris Rock's ass in a second. I'm sure she does an awesome job in the movie, but she just doesn't seem like the kind of wife whose husband goes chasing after Kerry Washington. Who knows?
Anyway... What have I been up to recently? Having a slight nervous breakdown this weekend. I have a brief to write for my Advanced Brief Writing class and another brief to write for the 2L Moot Court Competition. I though until today that they were both due on March 19. Turns out the one for class wasn't actually due until the 22, but it's now been pushed back a week thanks to a snow day on Valentine's Day and class being cancelled last Thursday.
Last weekend, I was in Dayton. Lauryn and I watched every episode of The Office up until the episode from two weeks ago, directed by Joss Whedon. LOVE Joss Whedon. I'm sad he's no longer attached to the Wonder Woman movie. He would've rocked it. I cannot wait for the Buffy comics in March. Yes, I really am that big a dork. I got to see Adrienne while I was down there, but unfortunately, not Pyles. My car got stuck in the snow on the side of the road in front of Lauryn's apartment and I thought I'd never get home. It all worked out though. I had way too much fun for Lauryn and Jamal's birthday and enjoyed getting stranded at Carmel's.
I can't wait for St.Patrick's Day. I'll be in Chicago, finally visiting Katie in her new living situation. Meaning no longer in the convent. Hahaha.
In other news: My hair is getting really long. It's at that point where I'm usually itching to chop it, but I think I'm going to keep letting it grow. I really want to dye it, but dark brown is good for winter. I think I'll lighten it up (significantly) once it gets nice out. Probably not until after exams. Like a late birthday present or something.
Okay, time to be productive until Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars. I can't wait to find out who killed the Dean!
